Our Return and Exchange Policy

1.Return Conditions

1.1. The customer can return the purchased product within 14 days after receiving it, provided that the product malfunction and deformation report is provided to us.

1.2. The product to be returned must be unused, its packaging intact and in its original condition.

1.3. Refund requests must be submitted to Ay Mühendislik within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product.

1.4​. Before the product is delivered to you, all tests are carried out, it is packaged correctly and shipped after your final approval. For this reason, for domestic or international shipments, transportation costs for returns for which transportation records are not kept/no malfunction records are covered by the buyer.

2. Exchange Conditions

2.1. The customer may request a replacement within 30 days after receiving the purchased product without giving any reason.

2.2. Change requests must be submitted to Ay Mühendislik within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product.

2.3. The product returned for exchange must be unused, its packaging intact and in its original condition.

3. Return and Exchange Procedure

​

3.1. The process is initiated after the products submitted with a return or exchange request are examined by Ay Mühendislik customer services.

3.2. The price of the products whose return or exchange request is accepted is returned to the customer within 7 business days at the latest after the return/exchange approval.

3.3. For returns and exchanges, you can contact Ay Mühendislik customer services by phone / e-mail.

4. Special Cases ​

​

4.1. Ay Engineering's special return and exchange policies may apply for certain products. In this case, the return and exchange conditions specified for the relevant product or service will apply. 4.2. Refund or exchange requests will not be evaluated for products that do not comply with the above conditions.
